the room sizes, especially the living room, were fantastic. the communication throughout the process was great, and I appreciated the homemade shortbread and tea and coffee that were waiting for me upon arrival. the property had everything I needed and had bags of charm. the bedding and towels were nice, and the suntrap patio was perfect for sitting out in the evenings. the location was superb, with a beach and the village of Coverack within walking distance.

Great shower and ample space in the bathroom. David, the host, was fantastic - always available and welcoming. The housekeeper left us treats for Christmas which was a lovely touch. Ik heb een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de service was uitstekend. De kamer was prachtig en zeer schoon. Alles was goed verzorgd en aanwezig, van schone handdoeken tot toiletartikelen. Het ontbijt dat op de kamer werd bezorgd was uitgebreid en heerlijk. Het hotel heeft natuurlijk een fantastisch restaurant, met geweldig diner en vriendelijk personeel. De locatie is ideaal, dicht bij de tuinen en in het centrum van de stad. Parkeren was geen enkel probleem en er zijn goede transportmogelijkheden in de buurt.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy atmosphere of the cottage. The decor was beautifully done, with lovely traditional touches that made me feel right at home. The common areas were easily accessible for someone like me with limited mobility, and I felt comfortable moving around the hotel. It was a delightful experience!

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially when it came to some specific needs of senior guests. A little more attention from the children working there would have made the vacation even better for us.
